डाबर कंपनी का जाली स्टिकर छापने का भांडाफोड़, अली आर्ट संचालक गिरफ्तार

कंपनी के वैंडर ने किया गौरखधंधे का खुलासा

गिरिडीह| गुलाब जल बेंचने वाले डाबर कंपनी का फर्जी स्टिकर छापकर अवैध तरीके से डुप्लीकेट गुलाब जल बेचने के आरोपी प्रिंटिग प्रेस संचालक रहमत अली को गिरिडीह नगर थाना पुलिस ने रविवार को जेल भेज दिया।

आरोपी रहमत शहर के स्टेशन रोड के लाईन मस्जिद स्थित अली आर्टस में डाबर कंपनी के फर्जी स्टिकर छापकर डुप्लीकेट गुलाब जल बेंचने का गौरखधंधा कर रहा था। पुलिस की मानें तो आरोपी रहमत अली यह गौरखधंधा कई महीनों से कर रहा था। लेकिन इसके गौरखधंधे का खुलासा बीतें शनिवार को डाबर कंपनी से जुडी कंपनी अकेनआई मैनेजमेंट के वैंडर प्रबंधक मनोज झा ने किया।

जानकारी के अनुसार वैंडर प्रबंधक झा जब अली आर्टस पहुंचे, तो देखा कि कंपनी का 49 पेज फर्जी स्टिकर छापकर रखा हुआ है। जो डाबर कंपनी से मिलता-जुलता दिखा। लेकिन डाबर कंपनी के तर्ज पर फर्जी स्टिकर में ननएक्टिव बारकोड नहीं था। लिहाजा, कंपनी के वैंडर प्रबंधक झा के संदेह का आधार भी यही बना।

इसी संदेह के आधार पर वैंडर प्रबंधक झा ने प्रेस संचालक रहमत से स्टिकर छापने का कारण पूछा, तो प्रेस संचालक गोलमटोल बात कर वैंडर प्रबंधक को टरकाने का प्रयास किया। लेकिन सही जवाब नहीं मिलने के बाद प्रबंधक झा ने पूरे मामले की जानकारी से नगर थाना पुलिस को अवगत कराया, और रहमत के कारनामों की शिकायत नगर थाना में लिखित रुप से किया।

प्रबंधक के लिखित शिकायत के आधार पर पुलिस ने आरोपी संचालक रहमत के खिलाफ थाना कांड संख्या 221/18 दर्ज कर कंपनी से धोखाधडी और कंपनी को आर्थिक नुकसान पहुंचाने के आरोप में केस दर्ज कर मामले की छानबीन में जुट गई।

इधर प्रबंधक झा के किए गए खुलासे के बाद नगर थाना पुलिस हरकत में आई, और प्रबंधक झा के साथ मिलकर रहमत अली के स्टेशन रोड स्थित अली आर्टस में छापेमारी किया। जहां से 49 पेज फर्जी स्टिकर बरामद करने के बाद नगर थाना पुलिस आरोपी रहमत को पकड़ कर नगर थाना ले गई।

जहां सख्ती से पूछताछ के दौरान आरोपी रहमत ने सारी बातें कबूल दिया कि वह कई महीनों से डाबर कंपनी का फर्जी स्टिकर छापने के साथ डुप्लीकेट गुलाब जल से भरी शीशियों  में स्टिकर चिपका कर बेंचने का काम करता था।
